Auburn Avenue in Atlanta's Sweet Auburn neighborhood is the birthplace and spiritual home of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. — his two-story Victorian birth home at 501 Auburn Avenue, the Ebenezer Baptist Church where he and his father preached, and the King Center where he and Coretta Scott King are entombed.
